Refund / Cancellation Policy (Digital Products)

Effective date: January 12, 2026

This policy applies to digital products purchased on AbsoluteRelativity.org, including the eBook and audiobook (“Digital Products”).

Because Digital Products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, refunds work differently than physical goods.

Digital product refunds

All sales are final once delivery/access is provided.
In general, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for Digital Products once the download link has been delivered or the files have been accessed.

This helps protect the integrity of digital content (once delivered, it can’t be “returned”).

Access problems (we will help)

If you purchased a Digital Product and have trouble accessing it, we’ll help resolve it.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the email used at checkout

  • which product you purchased (eBook/audiobook)

  • a brief description of the issue (screenshots help)

If we can’t reasonably resolve an access problem (for example, repeated delivery failures on our side), we may provide a replacement link or, in rare cases, a refund at our discretion.

Duplicate purchases or incorrect files

If you accidentally purchase the same Digital Product twice, or you receive the wrong file, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will correct the issue and may refund the duplicate purchase where appropriate.

Cancellations

Because Digital Products are typically delivered immediately, cancellations are usually not possible once delivery/access has occurred.

If you believe you purchased in error and have not received delivery/access, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll review the request.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you have a legal right to cancel, contact us with your order details and the reason you believe cancellation applies.

Refund method (when a refund applies)

If a refund is issued (whether required by law or approved by us), it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider/bank.

Unauthorized purchases

If you believe your purchase was unauthorized, contact us immediately and also contact your payment provider.
