Digital Delivery / Access Policy (eBook + Audiobook)

This page explains how digital purchases are delivered on AbsoluteRelativity.org, what you’ll receive, and what to do if you run into any access issues.
Digital-only products (no physical shipping)
All products currently sold on this site are digital downloads (eBook and audiobook). We do not ship physical items at this time.
How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, your digital product is typically available right away via:

an on-screen confirmation page with access/download instructions, and/or
-
an email sent to the address you used at checkout that includes your download link(s).
If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder and search for “AbsoluteRelativity” in your inbox.
What you’ll receive
Depending on what you purchase, you may receive:

eBook files (for example, PDF and/or EPUB), and/or
-
audiobook files (for example, MP3 files, sometimes delivered as a ZIP folder)
The exact file types provided will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
Recommended setup (to avoid issues)

Use a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended for large audio files).

Ensure your device has enough storage space for downloads.

For ZIP downloads: make sure you have an unzip tool available (most computers and many phones include one).
Download problems or missing access
If you can’t access your files or didn’t receive your link:

Double-check the email address used at checkout

Check spam/junk folders
-
Try a different browser/device if the download button isn’t working

Link security
Your download link is intended for your personal use. Please don’t share it publicly or distribute the files.

Updates and replacements
If we update a file (for example, to fix a formatting issue), we may replace the download with the updated version. When possible, we aim to keep access smooth and uninterrupted.
